US Returns Policy

Returning Merchandise

  • Customers have 30 business days from the date of purchase from Ritchey to make a non-warranty return, such as incorrect item received or duplicate order
  • New, unused gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging
  • Credit can only be issued if product is in new condition and in original packaging
  • Refund will be returned via method of purchase.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs
  • Return shipping will be refunded only for orders sent in error or if the item is defective
  • Authorized Ritchey Retailers set their own return policies for non-warranty returns
  • Ritchey reserves the right to refuse refund upon inspection of returned item


  • Return authorization not required unless product is damaged in shipping
  • Use the mailing label on the back of original receipt in shipment to return package (insured shipping method recommended)
  • Include sales order number for returned item
  • Product must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging
  • Unless specified in the document, all refunds and/or any additional purchases will be made to the payment method used on the original order
  • Any item being returned for warranty consideration must be sent to Ritchey. Please see instructions on our warranty page.

Limits of Responsibility
Ritchey accepts no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ritchey, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims, liability (including product liability), damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorney fees) that arise from your use of any of Ritchey’s services.

Price and/or Description Changes
All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this site are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.

When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on our website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable

We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time.

EU Returns Policy


If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your contract within 14 days after you receive, or someone you nominate receives, the products.

Return conditions:

  • Request of cancellation/return must be sent within 14 days from the date of reception of the goods
  • Goods need to be shipped back to Ritchey within 14 days from the request of cancellation/return date
  • Credit can only be issued if product is in new condition and in original packaging
  • Shipment cost back to Ritchey is on the customer’s account; shipment will be refunded only on orders sent in error or if the item is defective

Return instructions:

  • Print the return request document that you will receive by e-mail together with the invoice when the goods are shipped.
  • Check the lines of the products that you want to return
  • Write the date and sign the document
  • Send your request document through our contact form and then put it into the box

To return the goods we suggest using trackable postal services – Ritchey cannot be hold responsible for any lost packages.


If you are a consumer, we are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with the contract. Nothing in these conditions of sale will affect your legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or defective (which may include a right to a refund and/or a right to repair or replacement). If you consider that any product we have supplied is faulty or mis-described, please notify us through our contact form. You must return such products to us in accordance with our return instructions.
