Where is my order?

If your order was placed within the last 1-2 business days, your order is being prepared for shipping – an email with tracking information will be sent to you shortly. If 3+ business days have passed and you haven’t received a tracking email, please first check your spam folder and then reach out with your order number using the contact form page. A Ritchey associate will respond within one business day.

How to make a return/exchange?

Please refer to the return and exchange policy for instructions. Returns/exchanges are only accepted if the product was purchased within the last 10 business days in US and 14 days in EU and is in new condition in the original packaging.

Is my product under warranty?

Please refer to our warranty policy. If you believe your Ritchey product qualifies for warranty, please reach out using the contact form and a Ritchey associate will respond within one business day. Warranty on frames is 5 years from date of purchase to the original owner only. Warranty on parts and accessories is 1 year in US and 2 years in EU from date of purchase to the original owner only.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship same day or one business day following placement of the order. You will receive an email with tracking information shortly after your order ships.

When will this product be in stock?

Product ETAs are subject to high variation and can be provided on a case-by-case basis. Please request product ETAs using the contact form making sure to state the specifics of the item(s) you’re interested in. A Ritchey associate will get back to you within one business day.

Question 6

I placed an order, but I want to change or cancel it. Is it too late?

Please reach out using the contact form. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can most likely accommodate a change or cancellation.

I placed two separate orders. Can shipping be combined?

Shipping can usually be combined provided neither order has been packaged or shipped. Please reach out using the contact form if you want shipping combined.
