What is the name of the owner of your shop?
Glenn Amey

How did you get into cycling, personally?
My introduction to cycling likely goes back to when I was 10 years old, growing up in rural western Maryland. It was normal for me to say, "Hey Mom, I'm going to go ride my bike!" in the morning and return in time for dinner. I couldn't get enough of this kind of exploration and came to know everything within a 30-mile radius of my house. At 52-years-old, I still can't get enough of wondering what's around the next corner.

For how many years has your shop been in business?
We've been in business since 2016.

What is your shop’s mission statement?
To position each global trekker, diehard bikepacker, and dedicated commuter for unimaginable greatness on the finest equipment - one bike at a time.

What makes your shop different than other shops?
If seeing the world by bike is your bag, then we have everything you've been wanting to see from all the best-in-class manufacturers all, in one place. You have questions? Schedule a Coffee with Glenn and plan something together. Journeyman's is not just a bike shop, we're an Adventure Company.

Why did you choose to carry Ritchey products?
We prize (and ride!) Ritchey products for their perfect blending of design and performance. A large number of our custom builds contain Ritchey products for good reason.

What is your favorite Ritchey product?
Without a doubt, the Outback. This thing does it all and has THE comfiest ride quality ever. Tom knocked it out of the park with this one!
