We offer a true omni-channel bicycle retail experience. Customers can come into our boutique showroom and have a discussion with our experienced sales/service staff and view or purchase any product we stock. We also offer a full-service shop for bike builds, repairs and maintenance. Customers may also browse our online catalog of 7,000+ products and order via our website. Additionally, customers may call and speak to a knowledgeable sales staff member and purchase what they need or get solid advice.

Ritchey has a long history of providing quality bicycle products at a great value. This aligns with Excel Sports and what we provide to our customers as well.
