What are the names of the owners of your shop?
Steve, Terry, and Eric Dodds.

How did you discover cycling?
It all started in 1964 when My mom and dad opened their first bike shop. When your family owns a bike shop you share the love and work at the shop.

For how many years has BicycleDoctorUSA been in business?
Our current shop opened in 1974.

What is your shop’s mission statement?
Provide the best cycling equipment we can find at prices you will like. We are very proud to have one of the best stocked shops and Ritchey dealerships in the world - with all the special tools, knowledge, and training to build you one ready to ride. All of our Ritchey builds and frame preps are done by a factory-trained tech with more than 40 years of experience.

What makes your shop different than others?
We search the world for high quality bike products - stocking and selling only what we would use ourselves. We have been with Ritchey from almost the beginning and believe we know the product better than most.

Why did you choose to carry Ritchey products?
We love small innovative companies like Ritchey and products that are meant to be ridden and make cycling better. In the rare event we need support, the staff at Ritchey there.

What is your favorite ritchey product?
We get to travel a fair amount with our headquarters in Bloomington Indiana and our office in Cayman Islands. The Ritchey Break-Away fits our lifestyle. "If you travel without a bike, it’s not much of a vacation."

Any regular shop rides, community rides, or special events?
One of our favorite events is the Hilly 100 held in October for one weekend thru the rolling hills of southern Indiana.
